Exchange Policy
EXCHANGES:
Love your item, but you need a different size? No problem!
- Please email us at info@shopsimplyadorn.com and let us know you want to exchange an item for a different size.
- Proceed to order your item in the correct size.
- You will receive a return label and once we receive your original item (return), a refund will be issued between 3-5 business days to the original form of payment.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please let us know if your item is damaged within 3 DAYS of receiving your order. Please email us at info@shopsimplyadorn.com and provide photos of any damages.
The following do not qualify as damages:
- Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions
- Lighting
- Filters
- Photography lenses
