Shipping Policy

To ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, please make sure you fully enter your address correctly as we will not be able to modify or cancel it. If there are any issues verifying your address we will contact you to try and resolve the issue. We are not responsible for the delay in your order.

PROCESSING TIME:

Our order processing typically takes between 1-3 business days, which means we do not ship on weekends and/or major U.S. holidays. Please allow 3-8 business days after you package has been shipped to receive it. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES:

We currently ship via USPS only and if you are local, we offer local pick up at no cost and local delivery for $4. 

    The shipping rates are based upon weight of your purchase per the carrier service you selected. Simply Adorn Boutique does not determine the cost of shipping.

    We currently do not offer international shipping.

    LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS:

    If your order says delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local USPS. Once an order has been delivered, Simply Adorn Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders.

    If your order is delayed due to USPS being delayed on their shipping, Simply Adorn Boutique will not take responsibility for not meeting the expected delivery date.
